Greetings from Milan Italy, where I'm sitting at the airport and finally have fast enough internet to upload pictures. Sorry for the delay but not a lot I can do sometimes when I'm on the ship.

This months winner deserves some kudos. Not only did he restore a bike never officially imported to his country, but he chose to restore a Japanese Market V4 at that. He did so from the comfy confines of........................

Finland

That has to take some serious dedication. In recognition of that, and the fact its a really nice looking motorcycle, Congratulations Pekka, (dnapekko), your 1982 White Vf750S Japanese market Sabre is June's Bike of the Month.

Honourable mention goes to your trusty Vf1000/F2, which got you to your classic Japanese motorcycle meet when your big Sabre bowed out. They are a nice looking bike I've always wanted to have a go on.

Thank you Michael for the honor to include my humble work to be one link in the chain of great bikes of the forum.
The trophy will stay with me, but the new owner will pick the Sabre up tomorrow. It is sad, but the bike deserves more kilometres as I am able to give to it.
For now I am going to make big Sabre reliable, and keep the F2 in decent shape for future trips.

That's why I couldn't rhyme why he needed a V65 Sabre owners manual that I bought for him over here..

Always thought he had the V45 model besides the VF1000FII... And what a nice one...

Great pick Michael..

Congrats Pekka..  :thumb

V4's are fun!

That's one perdy Sabre Pekka. Too bad we can't keep all our bikes. Well there is an exception to every rule, i'm sure. Wife tells me I don't need that many bikes. To tell them it's not a question of need it one of love. They don't want to hear any of us loving our bikes more than them. Besides I don't have that many and then I point to you and the pictures of your herd John (Blue-Grass-Tornado). Some wives understand, most don't and never will.  :thumb  :thumb

Congrats, Pekka!     Beautiful machine!  The paint scheme reminds me a little of the silver and blue that they used on the late 70s/early 80s CB750F.  Pretty.   :thumb
