A quick perusal of this members posts reveals he is a very detail oriented guy. Combine that attention to detail with an 84 V65 Magna, throw in a Canadian winter, and this is what you get.

Congratulations Mike (Miecul) your Magna is January's Bike of the Month

A link to Mikes post in the gallery Section if you want to see what went into getting his Magna to look like this.

Thanks John. Thank you Michael for kind words. Anyone who has taken on a project like this, knows the hours and hours you spend, cleaning, polishing, testing, usually done with a radio or in silence by yourself. It's self rewarding work, and especially not having any parts left over. The best moment is when it fire's up for the first time. Sweet music.

Miecul,
I looked through your restore posts, but did not see where you swapped the original rims for 83's. What was your deciding factor for this or did you purchase the bike this way?

Nice catch. I guess I forgot to metion that. The 84 rims I had had are chrome as you know, and the start of cancer. I found a great set of 83 rims and replace them. It's a lot of $$ to get the original ones chromed. I got the 83's for next to nothing. I heard of others doing this swap and that's where I got the idea.
