Thanks guys, I've been reading a lot of helpful how too's, and very informative tips on here.

I've already gone through and cleaned all the carbs, and re-synced them. Starts right up now and runs good. Had a torn diaphragm, when I bought it. Bought the new diaphragm off Amazon, and I was able to install it without cutting the plastic ring off. Now for the next upgrade, will be to install the nylon washers, underneath the valve cover bolts ,to try to stop a slight valve cover gasket leak.

Had it out today, and the low fuel light didn't come on , and I ran out a gas About two blocks from the gas station, LOL

So I guess the next job is to investigate the fuel light sending unit. :lol8:

You are starting off with a really nice example, will be fun to watch and see how it turns out this summer.

Yep, I made sure I connected the tank connector, When I had the tank off, but I'll have to check the wiring, when I pull the tank soon,to do the valve cover gaskets.
