Congrats Walt!  Having owned a couple of these I can attest to the great fun they are to ride!  Ask Hunter since he has one of the ones I used to own.  He does awesome things on that bike like I could only have dreamed about.  +++  :thumb :thumb

With a stock filter I'd probably stay with the 140, if you're going to put a K&N filter in it then consider upping to 142.

40 slows, 142, maybe 145 mains. It is hard to dial it in perfect without a dyno/O2 wand up the pipe.
You want the mega or mega + kit. On the website or Billys Place here at the bottom pf the page.

Hi Billy,

I have finally gotten my hands on a 1983 V65 Magna Project bike. Inevitably, I will need to tear the carbs down to do the cleaning and rebuild. Would you be able to recommend the jetting setup and a kit that I would source from you once I get to this point.
Many thoughts for your expertise in advance.

Dave

How's the website, Billy?  :lurker:

We have gotten some biz off it but not made my retirement nut off of it. As expected it will take a couple years for word to get around. It'll get there. Otherwise, it functions well. It seems to stay the same stable software. One of the many things I hate about ebay is every 6 monthe they screw with the seller side of the GUI. Last one was about 3 months ago and I am still uncomfortable with it. I have better things to do than learn some new IT guys wet dream. Like switching from Win7 to Win 8.  :wal:

It's funny...I originally wasn't a fan of the 80's fairings on the interceptors, but after seeing beautiful examples like your bike Walt, I think I've done a 180.  If you ever feel like passing that bike on...   ;D
