This months winner has been on the list for while, now its time to add him to the BOTM list.

Why wait? Well I like to recognize all the different V4 models and mix them up during the year, so one type doesn't monopolize the proceedings, if you chrome polishers get my drift  ;D.

Anyway, this months winner has done an outstanding job of restoring his bike and adding to the body of knowledge here. Even without any chrome polishing skills I can appreciate the work and effort that went into this bike. So....

Congratulations NormanB, your 1984 V65 Magna is January 2015's Bike of the Month.

This years trophy's arrived with a line of type missing in the engraving. The company rushed to fix it but they did not arrive before I had to leave for England again. So when they do arrive I'll have my wife send them along. That's why I waited before posting this months winner.

Norman & All,

Your efforts and the execution on your machine shine as we see in the images. The effort and dedication we can't see, though I know a bit of the history of how you got where you are with this restoration and appreciate you dedication to the Magna.

You have my appreciation of what you have accomplished on behalf of the bike and what you have shown us what can be done if there is love.  :thumb
