This is a take your pick BOTM. Certainly like them both (a lot)! But when it gets down to brass tacks (where did that expression come from anyway?) I would favor the non windshield version.

Still one of my favorite all time bikes, and a wicked great touring machine.

Congratulations Katrina, your "pair" of 85 V65 Sabre's are July 2023's Bikes of the Month.

Great bikes. A rarity to see two in the same spot.

Those are beauties.

I vote for the one without the windscreen, but I'm not taking a long trip here on my keyboard.

I've been wanting a big Sabre like one of those to compliment my Magna.

Nice Sabres! Either one is a great pick! Congratulations, Katrina!
V4's are fun!

I also prefer my Sabres san windscreens.

And I'll admit I feel pretty silly as I'd always thought it was brass TAX.  Still never had any idea where it came from.

Nice pick(s)!

I love all motorcycles.  Especially if they're a Honda.

Always liked Sabres. My first V4 was a 82 V45 Sabre. As far as "Brass Tacks " here's about the best explanation I've come across.
